Funeral services for Willie Lee Davis, 92, of Grandview, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2023 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Landon Dees officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery in Alvarado, Texas.

A visitation will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2023 at Rosser Funeral Home.

Mrs. Davis passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023. She was born in Johnson County, Texas on July 4, 1930, the daughter of Ruby Pearl (Albright) and James William Peppers.

Mrs. Davis was a member of Willow Springs Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe M. Davis in 1988; sister, Arlene Carlisle; brothers, Jimmy and Carl Peppers; and son, Joe H. Davis.

Mrs. Davis is survived by her son, Allan Davis and wife, Pat, of Cleburne; daughter, Brenda Sims and husband, Frank, of Grandview; brother, Charles Peppers and wife, Patsy; eight grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
