Funeral services for William L. “Bill” Willis, 63, of Cleburne, Texas will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013 at the United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Kenny Rigoulot officiating. Burial will follow at Rosehill Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Bill was born in Cleburne on Sept. 23, 1950, the son of Dr. Larry and Sarah (Timberlake) “Sally” Willis. He graduated from CHS in 1969. Bill went on to attend Southwestern University on a golf scholarship and TCU before graduating from St. Mary's Law School.
He worked in the Texas Attorney General's office after graduation and later had a private law practice in the DFW area for over 35 years.
In the most recent years, Bill cared for his parents and his brother.
His interests were horses, fine art and golf.
He was preceded in death by his younger brother, Johnny.
Bill is survived by his parents, Dr Larry and Sally Willis.
